Making disciples is the privilege and calling of every Christian, and many find small groups an ideal environment for discipleship. However, a lack of leadership and reluctant leaders have been identified as two of the most significant barriers to church growth.
Leadership Essentials was created as an extension of Discipleship Essentials, and aims to address the need for systematic, simple training in important topics so that leaders feel inspired, equipped and excited about their work. We're seeing this happen across the Philippines, where leaders are trained using Leadership Essentials and churches are growing!
