William works in Canada as the ministry strategist and SOTA director.
In 2011 William joined TWR Canada as the director of the China Ministry. Before this, William was part of CCIC, a Christian Chinese publishing ministry in Canada. From the China Ministry office in Toronto, he shares SOTA and other TWR ministries with churches in Canada and globally.
